ABN AMRO CORPORATE FINANCE, WARSAW - Analyst Involved in the execution of a variety of projects. A key member of teams that advised on: a US$40 million convertible debt offering for EMPiK Centrum Investments, a subsidiary of Eastbridge, which also operates the largest department store chain in Poland (Domy Towarowe Centrum) and the largest multimedia retailer (EMPiK); a US$21 million private equity placement of shares of Eastbridge, a major retailer and wholesaler in Poland; a US$20 million private equity offering of Stocznia Gdynia, Poland’s leading shipyard; an acquisition of a building materials company worth US$35 million by a foreign strategic investor; and an acquisition of a publicly traded confectionery producer by a European strategic investor. Involved in a variety of market research projects.
PRICE WATERHOUSE CORPORATE FINANCE, WARSAW - Analyst Carried out a valuation of a Balkan bank and a Balkan pipeline operator for a Middle Eastern client; involved in other assignments concerning acquisitions in Poland.
