ABN AMRO CORPORATE FINANCE, WARSAW - Deputy Head of the Warsaw Office
Before joining CAG in April 2008, Artur worked for 10 years at ABN AMRO, most recently as the Deputy Head of the Warsaw Corporate Finance Office. During his period at ABN AMRO Artur was involved in origination and execution of a variety of projects including: advisory to Dalkia on the EUR150m public to private takeover of Praterm, the Polish leader in district heat; advisory to the shareholders of Advanced Converters, the leading Polish provider of manufacturing technology, on a disposal of the company to Huettinger Elektronik; advisory to PSE S.A. on the separation and establishment of PSE Operator, the Polish national Power Transmission System Operator; advisory to PKN Orlen with respect to organization of EUR350 million non recourse financing for the joint venture between PKN and Basell; advisory to PKN Orlen with respect to establishment of EUR 642 million joint venture between PKN and Basell to produce and sell polyolefin products; advisory to International Paper on the disposal of the Polish tissue business to Kimberly Clark; advisory to the owner of Browary Dolnoslaskie Piast, Poland’s leading brewery, on the disposal of the company to Carlsberg; advisory to CGNU on Euro 225 million disposal of Norwich Union life insurance and pension operations in Poland to Sampo; advisory to the State Treasury on the PLN3bn privatisation of PZU SA, the Polish national insurer.
